Help us take bikes out of the waste stream and refurbish or recycle them. All proceeds from the sale of your donated bike support Pathways Abilities Society.

Donate Bikes & Parts

We accept donations of gently used bicycles, parts, accessories, and tools. A tax receipt may be provided for high value bikes which we sell for $300 or more (proof of initial purchase is required).

Bike Donations We Cannot Accept

• Kid's bicycles with 20" wheels or smaller

• Bikes with steel wheels (if a magnet sticks to the rim, it's steel)

• Rusty bikes

• Entry level dual suspension bikes (shocks in the front and rear, generally under $400 new)

• Bikes with obvious frame damage (unless it has high end salvageable parts)

• Still not certain? Send a picture to bikeways@pathwayskelowna.ca or call 250-762-4915 Ext. 3 and we'll let you know.

We wish we could recycle every bike that comes our way, but we don't have the time or storage capacity. Bikes that do not fit our requirements can be taken to the Kelowna Landfill - there is a special area set aside for bicycles.

How to Donate

Please bring your donation during open hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm). Staff reserve the right to turn away bikes at their discretion.​
