Anyone like to join a few people that ride every Sunday morning out of central Halifax? We ride road racing bikes but aren't actually very fast. For now we are doing rides like Sambro and Bedford Basin/Rocky Lake/Waverly Road. Also doing the occasional after work ride on weekdays. Once we get in better shape we will probably take the van with bikes out of town to the ride Aspotogan, Valley and other points. If you want to join us call Peter at 471 4424
